Late Policy:
Punctuality is key to ensuring that I can provide you with the best service possible. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

-Grace Period: There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.
-After 10 Minutes: your appointment may result in a shortened service to respect the next clients time, with the full service price still applicable.
-No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time and have not communicated, it will be considered a no-show. No-Shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, and I completely understand that plans can change. To accommodate everyone, I kindly ask for the following:
-Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
-No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.
